Do I need a visa for Mongolia?
Anyone who wishes to visit Mongolia will need a Mongolia Tourist Visa. The only exceptions are:
- USA, Kazakhstan – do not need a visa for a visit less than three months.
- Malaysia, Israel – do not need a visa for a visit less than one month.
- Philippines – do not need a visa for a visit less than three weeks.
- Singapore – do not need a visa for a visit less than two weeks.
- China, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Thailand, Romania and Chile – if you have a diplomatic or official passport you do not need a visa.
- Russia, Laos, Yugoslavia, Czech, Slovak, Mexico – if you have a diplomatic or official passport you do not need a visa for a visit less than three months.
- Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Turkey and Republic of Korea – if you have a diplomatic or official passport you do not need a visa for a visit less than one month.
- Hong Kong – do not need a visa for a visit less than 14 days (ID cards are accepted to indicate residence in Hong Kong).
- Cuba – do not need a visa for a visit less than one month.
